She isa a scientist who paints she passion as an acrylic landscape painter who spends more of her time researching our planet's geographical giants. She studies how changes in the land drive changes in the both local and large-scale climate, by modulating fluxes of water, energy, and carbon between the land and the atmosphere.
She is a James S. McDonnell Foundation Postdoctoral Fellow in Dynamic and Multi-scale Systems at the University of Saskatchewan in Canmore, Alberta, Canada.
