Lions Bay Arts offers opportunities for adults to learn together within the Village of Lions Bay. We support the local artist mentors and teachers that reside in our community.
We believe the sharing of artforms and the mastery of craft it is essential to building connectedness, friendships and understanding-- while at the same time supporting the talented and knowledgeable individuals here in our community.
Our programming is driven by the 2025 LBA community survey that asked What programs do you want to see? 2026-2027 programming will reflect the feedback received - painting, dance, singing, writing, garden art, and food art
Whether a novice eager to explore
paint on canvas, an experienced artist looking to refine your skills and connect with fellow artists in our community or a new artist to the community-- this group offers a unique opportunity. This is a communal space, where we can come together to share ideas and drive each other's creativity.
Fall Collective is Open for Registrations
Participants require a Lions Bay Arts Memberships (Lifetime memberships are only $20!)
- Experienced participants to bring their own supplies and a piece of work in progress.
- Curious individuals looking to try painting are welcome as there are a collection of paints, brushes and easels available for $2.50/day
- Tables and chairs will be set up and ready.
- Spaces in this collective are unlimited as our goal is to create a supportive energetic vibe to learn and grow in.
About the Curator:
Barb San Severino is a celebrated landscape artist known for her breathtaking depictions of nature's beauty. With decades of experience and numerous accolades to her name, Barb brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this collective and mentor sessions. Her passion for painting is matched only by her dedication to nurturing the talents of aspiring artists.

Cost:
- $80 - artists with supplies or
- $100 - artists needing supplies
- $20 for Lifetime Membership if not currently a member.
