Celebrating Arts

In 2018 Lions Bay Arts was able to created a new and exciting series of events that celebrated the full diversity of the arts. It is with great tremendous gratitude that we thank our past primary corporate sponsor, Dream Harbour Financial Group.  

Our inaugural event, “An Evening in Sicily”, featured Lions Bay author Karen Dodd, reading from her new novel, “Scare Away the Dark” along with ceramic artist, Lucy Traini, demonstrating her Sicilian roots by sharing her recipe for Pasta alla Putanesca, along with the humorous meaning of this legendary Sicilian dish.

As we look forward to upcoming years of 'Celebrating Arts', we want to welcome our new Corporate Sponsor, Thyra McKilligan. We look forward to continuing to bring to you art learning and workshops for both adults and children.
