Annual Lions Bay Arts Calendar

For the past 6 years, Lions Bay Arts has curated a stunning annual calendar filled with resident photography. Funds from calendar sales support arts initiatives for our community and we invite residents to submit local photography that features the natural beauty of our community and its many inhabitants.

    Each year is a catalogue of the energy, wonder and beauty of our community. It celebrates in photographic detail, the 12 months of Lions Bay spirit.

    Each year, the Lions Bay Arts Calendar curates personally captured images of important moments to community members... and  although the purpose of a calendar marches us towards the future, this one, reminds of the splendor of the past year.

    For $50 you can sponsor a personal day, a pet or citizen's birthday, a special day, a memorial day or a national or provincial holiday.

    Annual Calendar Photo Submission Guidelines

    Lions Bay Art’s annual calendar photo submissions opens August 1st to October 31st of each year, and we invite you to be a part of it. This is an opportunity to show off your photographic talents. Selected photos will be featured in our upcoming calendar.


    We seek captivating photographs that showcase the picturesque charm of our beloved community in all its glory. Whether you are an amateur with a keen eye or a seasoned pro, this is your chance to have your work featured and admired by locals and visitors alike. 


    Let your creativity shine and share your unique perspective on the breathtaking landscapes, vibrant wildlife, and the essence of life in Lions Bay.

        

    Submission Guidelines

       

    • All photo submissions  must be taken within the boundaries of Lions Bay.
    • Images should be in high resolution (minimum 2MB) and captured in landscape orientation for calendar compatibility.
    • Multiple submissions are welcome, so don't hold back!
